- Can I rent/return a car outside business hours?
- No. Please rent/return a car within business hours.
- Do you give transportation service?
- The transportation service is available at some shops.
Please note that this system may not be available due to some reasons such as busy season. Please check the shop information and enquire at the shop in advance. - Can I park my car in the parking lot of the departure shop?
- Parking space may not be available depending on shops.
It may also not be available due to some reasons such as busy season.
Please directly consult with the nearest shop. - Can I rent a chauffeur-driven car?
- According to Section 4, Paragraph 1 of the Road Transport Law, TOYOTA Rent a Car does not offer any chauffeur-driven car.
- Do you give car allocation service?
- The car allocation is available at some shops.
Please note that this may not be available due to some reasons such as busy season. Please check the shop information and enquire at the shop in advance. - If I do not fill the tank when I return the car, what will be charged?
- A fee based on the distance travelled will be charged.
- Where are brochures available?
- Brochures are available in TOYOTA Rent a Car shops across the country.
